How do I want to feel?

A month ago today, I turned 39 and in these past few weeks, I’ve started a new job, moved to a new city (part-time) and launched a new project.

Things I learned from a visit to the zoo with a three year old

Last Sunday, my husband and I accompanied our friend Karen and her three year-old son to the zoo and here are a few things that I learned that day :

  1. Question everything!
  2. Why walk when you can run?
  3. Be amazed by everything, even if it’s just a tiny, little pebble.
  4. Laugh as loud as you possibly can, whenever you possibly can!
  5. Make new friends wherever you go.
  6. Speak your truth! Don’t be shy to say how you feel.
  7. Take an extra minute to notice the little things.
  8. Be fearless!
  9. Smile at everyone you meet.
  10. Always have snacks with you 😉

Merci Raphaël d’avoir été notre guide au zoo la semaine dernière. On a beaucoup apprécié ton énergie et ta sagesse 🙂
