Book Review 11 – Reasons to Stay Alive

This is a small book packed with some pretty big thoughts and a truly raw message.

If you know anyone who suffers from anxiety or depression, this is a must-read. It will definitely help you understand what the other person is going through.

Mental illness is not always easy to explain to someone, but Matt Haig does a pretty good job at making you feel how it really feels, all while making you see that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Depression and anxiety aren’t healed overnight. It takes a lot of patience and a whole lot of love. If you know someone who is having a hard time, especially with the holidays coming up, reach out. Send a text, call them up, but don’t force it. Just be there. One day at a time πŸ’œ
