Six years ago, I felt like there was something missing in my life, but I didn’t know what it was. I was following the mold, but I wasn’t truly “happy”.

After much soul searching, I found my balance. I found what it takes for me to be happy and healthy and I want to help you find your balance too!

I’ve been in your shoes, feeling like there aren’t enough hours in a day, trying to please everyone else, struggling with self-esteem and body issues…and I burned myself out.

This blog’s mission is to help people feel a sense of balance and find joy in their day to day lives.
